Online registration and Payment
You can register for the congress online via the link at the bottom of the page. We will send you a written confirmation of the registration with a summary of the ordered services.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications submitted by phone or email.
Cost of the participation fee and other selected services can be settled on the registration interface by online bank card or by bank transfer to the account below.
In the case of bank transfer, please indicate the name of the participant(s) and the congress in all cases. Your registration becomes final only after payment of the participation fee and other selected services.

Your invoice will be issued to the billing address provided during registration and will be sent to you by email. It is possible to modify an invoice once free of charge, the fee for each subsequent invoice modification is HUF 5,000/invoice.
Registration can be canceled without penalty fee until August 10, 2024. After that, the cancellation fee is 25% of the registration fee.
